Standing at the red light, two trucks are passing, with the inscription: “Circus”. Loaded with what are obviously parts of a circus tent, these are the oldest trucks I have seen in many years. From the 1970s, I would say. Obviously, this circus is economically just surviving. The times when there was enough money to finance new trucks are long gone. So now, this whole circus, going from place to place, maybe depends on the skills of just one old mechanic who still knows how to keep these ageing trucks alife for another season.
A dying way of life, with barely a chance in the noisy world of the flickering web.
The red light turns green.
